KUMITE TRAINING COURSE – WILLESDEN SPORTS CENTRE – Sunday 17th November 2024

The course was run by Sensei Sue Sinclair, Sensei Oluseye Jegede & Sensei Janita Tan.
The primary objective of this training was to prepare students for the forthcoming Dan Grading on Sunday 1st December 2024.
All participants were instructed on the finer points of Jiyu Ippon Kumite and the students over 12 years of age also practiced Jiyu Kumite.

Various training methods and drills were rigorously repeated in order to sharpen and hone their skills and ability to score points in Kumite.

The course was 2 hours of hard training and the feedback has been positive.
