Movements Shotokan Karate Launches iOS App

Early on in the year Sensei Eric Pich Chief Instructor of SKCENGLAND was ask to collaborate in the making of a revolutionary Karate app .

On 1st July along with two SKC instructors, Euan Pich & Sam Hackman they were filmed in a CGI studio ( see photos )

Sensei Eric was the studio motion director. The filming day started with Euan & Sam being fitted with CGI body suits. Over 7 hours they filmed all the basic techniques in triplicate from multiple stances.

This was then followed by 16 Katas shot a various angles and speeds.

The results of all this can be viewed on this app, in the near future.

The app is currently in its first phase and will constantly be updated with more advanced techniques including all katas, kumite & basics.
