Shotokan Karate Centres England sincerely thank everyone who participated in the event, especially the unsung Karateka who worked tirelessly behind the scenes.

Special thanks to the following senior karateka:

Colin Putt

Mervyn O’Donnell

Ahcene Moussaoui

Ian Cuthbert

Angelo Sanna

Thank you also to Tami Wilmot whose dedication and sheer hard work over many months made this day a success.

My personal thanks go to our Chairman Mr Gerry Grey, who having undergone major heart surgery 9 weeks ago, showed true Budo spirit. He walked into the competition to heartfelt applause from colleagues and friends and nobly spent the day presiding over the event.
